Built by practitioners, for practitioners.

ClearPoint Logic is the independent AI Workforce Platform, built by three operators who have spent their careers running technology, security, and operations inside regulated enterprises. We started ClearPoint Logic because we lived the problems we now build solutions for.

Why we built ClearPoint Logic.

Enterprise AI adoption already happened. Employees are using personal AI tools, vendors are shipping agent platforms, and regulators are demanding evidence. But enterprises are becoming mixed-agent environments by default: Microsoft and Google estates, models from Anthropic and OpenAI, custom in-house agents, and BYOA all operating together. Incumbents are building agent control planes around their own ecosystems. None of them are positioned to govern across the boundary.

ClearPoint Logic is the independent system of record for the mixed AI workforce: one passport, one policy envelope, and one evidence layer, independent of any single vendor. We built it because we know what it takes to run governed AI inside regulated enterprises, and we know that no single vendor will ever be neutral enough to do this work. The category is AI Workforce Management. The window to define it is now.

Three principles that shape the platform.

  • Practitioner-led, not analyst-led

We build for the operators who actually run the work.

CIOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, and Compliance officers who have to make AI safe and effective inside real organizations set our roadmap. Not category reports written by people who have never sat in their seat.

  • Vendor-neutral by design

Every incumbent governs only its own ecosystem.

Our value is the layer above. We are deliberately, structurally, and permanently neutral on which vendor’s agents, models, or clouds an enterprise chooses. Independence is the product.

  • Governance is the moat

Compliance is how we get in the door.

The trust graph that compounds across every certified artifact, every BYOA enrollment, and every governance event is the structural reason buyers choose us. It is also why they keep us.

The operating model.

  • Lean by design

Maximum 15 full-time employees through our first 18 months. We operate an agent-augmented model where every internal function is supported by a CPL-built agent. Headcount is the most expensive line item; agents are how we stay lean while scaling.

  • We run on what we sell

ClearPoint Logic is being built to run on the same control model we sell. The agents inside our own operations are governed under the same workforce-record standard because we won’t ask a customer to adopt a control we don’t run on ourselves. As Nexus, Studio, and Meridian open, our internal apps and agents move onto them first.
